The Music T-Shirt Mystery Bag contains 10 officially licensed music T-shirts selected at random. Designs, artists, colours, and print styles will vary. Customers cannot request specific artists, genres, colours, or designs.
2. Official Licensing
All products included are genuine, officially licensed merchandise supplied through authorised channels.
3. Size Selection
Customers select one size at checkout. All 10 T-shirts will be supplied in the selected size. We are unable to mix sizes within a single Mystery Bag.
4. No Returns / No Exchanges (Change of Mind)
Due to the nature of this product being a heavily discounted, randomised “mystery” bundle, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on design preference, duplicate designs, artist selection, or change of mind.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the random nature of the contents.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged, defective, or not in the selected size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will review and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.

If you are outside the UK and you believe that the garment we have sent you is faulty, we will happily refund you.
Please inform us of the return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
The goods need to have the original tags still intact. Please also try to fold the t-shirt as neatly as you can back into the original plastic bag.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
